SHIPPING POLICY

• Your order is shipped from our corporate headquarters in St. Augustine, Florida.
• UPS is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.

RETURNS

Call 800.851.9578to receive an authorization number within 30 days. Requests will be processed within 1 business day.

Note: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders.
